Why Mindfulness Mondays?
With all the uncertainty and volatility in the world today, our minds experience anxiety and fear that can make it difficult to cope. The solution is to learn tools you can use anytime to reset, focus and calm. learning body grounding and self-calming techniques help your anxious mind get relief and keep you healthy and resilient.
With each Mindfulness Mondays session, you will practice techniques to:
- Reduce stress and improve focus
- Enhance emotional well-being
- Improve relationships through increased empathy and self-awareness
- Boost energy and productivity
Session Dates
- April 14 – Finding and accepting your commitment level, using acceptance for growth
- April 28 – Practice regulating the emotion from an incident, reframing negative experience
- May 12 – Gaining clarity: “I can’t…because” and “I can…because”
- May 26 – Practice slowed gentle breathing, self-soothing modes
- June 9 – Creating your inner safe space in nature, eye tension release techniques
- June 23 – Practice body sensation grounding exercise and visualization

Time: 12pm MT for 30 minutes twice monthly

Will these sessions be recorded?
Live sessions are NOT recorded for privacy reasons. However, you will receive a link to the practice video which teaches the technique after each session.
What if I am travelling or miss a live session?
Since we have built self-calming techniques video library platform, you can always watch the technique you missed later and any of the videos you wish to review.
How do I access the technique videos?
You will receive a link to the video library when you register and links to the videos in your email.
What is your refund policy?
Sorry, no refunds! It takes a lot of time, planning, effort, staff and technology to offer these sessions and they are worth their weight in gold! If you use even one of these techniques you will benefit, even more with the whole package.
