Human Centered Leadership Program - How It Works

Four instructor-led sessions involve participants in interactive processes to build skills for better people management. Collective learning builds excitement and applicability through practical exercises, real cases and group discussions.
Upon completion of course work, participants engage in three individual leadership-for-results coaching sessions, helping them to more accurately align their actions with desired outcomes.

  • Week 1: The power of ONE – Prioritizing personal management
  • Week 2: The power of TWO – 1-2-1 conversations that work
  • Week 3: The power of TEAM – Building agreement, addressing resistance, increasing commitment
  • Week 4: The power of SYSTEMS – Solving people-related system problems
  • Week 5: Coaching Session 1 – Select and start goal, Coaching Session 2 – Check in and refine goal
  • Week 6: Coaching Session 3 – Measure success and determine next steps

As an individual, can this program be funded through my employer?

Yes as professional development. You can use the program for CEUs, one per hour.

As an organization what is the investment for this program?

Per participant, the cost is $1550.00. There is an additional $300 fee for the organizational report sent to decision makers once both program components are completed

Is coaching applicable for CEU credits?

No, but it applies to employer funding as professional development.

What is the refund policy?

Unless there is serious illness or natural disaster, we do not refund courses or coaching, however a credit can be applied to be used within the same year.

What is the return on investments for this program?
