Across three days at Rising Moon Studio outside Sherwood Park, Alberta, you will experience practices that calm your nervous system in the moment and teach you how to keep it regulated in daily life.
By Sunday afternoon, you can expect to:
- Feel a calmer baseline in your body, with less tension and “buzz”
- Have 4–6 simple nervous system self‑calming techniques you can use at work, at home, or in the middle of the night (breathwork, heart–brain coherence, sound‑supported rest, and more)
- Notice clearer thinking and better focus, because your system is no longer in constant fight‑or‑flight
- Understand your personal early warning signs of burnout and how to intervene before you crash
- Leave with a practical integration plan so the peace you experience at the retreat doesn’t disappear once you’re back in your regular life

What you’ll experience over the weekend
From Friday evening to Sunday at 2 pm, you’ll be held in a safe, heart‑centred space at Rising Moon Studio, a retreat house with natural light, Nordic sauna, hot and cold tubs, and 25 acres of walking paths.
Friday Evening – Arrive and Decompress
- Gentle venue orientation, snacks, and unhurried connection

As a Certified Canadian Professional Trainer and Developer, Marie has facilitated 500+ courses, workshops, retreats and events. Her international experience gives her a deep understanding of stress and trauma across cultures. The health and wellness tools she teaches are emotionally and spiritually inclusive and empowering.

Elara Reardon – Yoga, Nervous System Reset & Holistic Wellness
Elara brings a heart‑centred, trauma‑sensitive approach to yoga and holistic healing, with a special focus on helping women calm their nervous systems and reconnect to the wisdom of their bodies. Having walked her own long healing journey, she doesn’t offer theory from a distance – she shares the tools that changed her life and the lives of her clients.
She is certified as a Life Coach, Compassion Key Practitioner, Peace Process Master, Reiki Master, Health Counselor, Yoga Nidra Facilitator, and Yoga Teacher specializing in Yoga as Therapy.
