There are no refunds or cancellations for Shift Management subscriptions. Customers are charged monthly until the end of the agreed upon subscription date. There are no refunds for individual course or coaching packages. Organizations registering more than five users for courses or coaching may negotiate a cancellation and refund with Shift Management only under extenuating circumstances subsequent to receipt of an email explaining the situation.
