Our WholeHer Wellness Retreat is a weekend sanctuary from Friday evening to Sunday at 2 pm, where women gather in a safe, nurturing environment to rejuvenate body, heart, mind, and spirit. The program combines gentle movement, somatic healing, nourishing meals, nature walks, personal reflection, and soulful community-building for holistic renewal.

Where's the venue?
Rising Moon Studio outside Sherwood Park Alberta.
Rising Moon is a retreat house with two indoor spaces and one outdoor space, natural light, Nordic sauna, hot and cold tubs, overnight full-accommodation, and 25 acres of walking paths.

What should I bring?
- All-in-one sleep mask with eye covering and ear noise cancelling capacities. They are available online for between $5 and $11 and will help you sleep soundly
- Yoga mats are provided but you may bring your own
- Running shoes for fitness sessions
- A blank journal and pen
- Outdoor shoes and warm outdoor wear for walking the nature trails
- Bathing suit, robe and flip flops/sandals for the sauna/Nordic spa experience Saturday night.
- Your own snacks as desired
Where will I sleep?
Sleeping at the venue is separate beds in communal rooms, with easy access to washrooms, bedding and towels provided.
Is food provided?
All meals, snacks, tea, and coffee are included, with delicious and healthy options provided — and all dietary restrictions or special diets will be fully accommodated.

Her facilitation weaves spiritually and emotionally inclusive practices with hands-on, real world health and wellness tools.
As a Certified Canadian Professional Trainer and Developer, Dr.Gervais has facilitated 500+ courses, workshops, retreats, and events in countries around the world. She is a compassionate and powerful speaker embodying trauma informed and intercultural communication skills to engage and inspire. With a background as a professional musician, artist and writer, participants benefit by experiencing self-discovery insights through the arts.
She is the author of “The Spirit of Work: Timeless Wisdom, Current Realities”.
