FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)
Can this workshop be funded by my employer?
Yes as professional development. You can use the workshop for CEUs, one per hour.
If this doesn’t fit my schedule, can I take it later?
In this volatile world, things move quickly and managers need tools to deal with problems now. In a few months things will have changed, and we will adjust our training for those changes at that time. If you need this training now, then this is the time to rearrange priorities to take it.
If I register for all four workshops and can’t make one, what happens?
You will still have the workbook which you can answer on your own time. It won’t have the richness of the group discussions and exercises, but will still be beneficial. Workshops are not recorded.
What is the refund policy?
Unless there is serious illness or natural disaster, we do not refund courses or coaching, however a credit can be applied to be used within the same year.
What is the return on investments for these workshops?
- Get to improved results faster and with less stress. This is a productivity gain and and a personal job satisfaction gain.
- Ongoing training and learning at work has huge benefits for employers and employees. Check out Devlin Peck’s 2025 statistics on benefits of learning and development of employees.
- These benefits increase when employees find training easy to understand, and relevant to their jobs, which is Shift Management’s specialty!
What will I take away from these workshops?
- Your ability to understand human motivation and interests will increase, which helps you more consciously use communication strategies that work.
- You will have a set of managerial tools you can start using right away to improve your own managerial awareness, your one-to-one conversation outcomes, team cohesion and efficacy, and strategic problem solving that considers people and systems as collaborators.
